About the grant
The project aims to create a long-term and sustainable financing model for Ena's digital infrastructure, including interoperability solutions and digital services. The model should enable financing through reallocation of appropriations and collection of fees, which strengthens cost-effectiveness in the public sector and increases societal benefit, robustness and security. The project includes legal development to enable user fees, investigation and decision on fee levels, as well as establishment of a follow-up model for realised savings.
