Who we are
We study economics at Knuthanskolan in Blekinge. We're passionate entrepreneurs who believe strongly in the power of AI and study it closely. Technology and business development are things we're passionate about, and we want to use our knowledge to make a real difference.
AVH UF is our junior-enterprise company through Ung Företagsamhet. We build automations, websites and digital solutions that help businesses in our region grow. With Bidragskollen we take it a step further.
How it all started
The idea for Bidragskollen was born during the Dram pitch, where we pitched our company to an audience. A representative from 3H Consulting listened to our presentation and gave us an idea that stuck immediately: there needs to be an easier way to find grants and fill in the applications.
We tossed the idea around for two weeks. We discussed, sketched and tested different concepts before finally landing on what became Bidragskollen. A service with two clear functions: helping you find the right grants and guiding you through the entire application process.
Our mission
Every year the EU and the government pour millions into grants, but very few companies know the money exists. Many feel the application process is too complicated and give up before they've even tried. In south-eastern Sweden, the region received over 50 million kronor to distribute, but large parts never reached the companies that needed them most.
We want to change that. By combining AI with knowledge of the grant system, we make it easy for companies to find the right grants and actually apply for them.
What Bidragskollen does
Bidragskollen has two core functions. The first helps you find the right grant for your specific company and project. You can search by category or let our AI analyse your needs and suggest grants that fit.
The second function gives you a clear guide for filling in your application. Our AI creates a draft based on the grant's requirements and your company description. You get the draft to your email, review it, and then submit the application yourself.
How our AI works
Our AI has access to information about grants from Region Blekinge, Verksamt.se, SydostLeader, Jordbruksverket and more sources. When you describe your project, it analyses which grants fit and creates an application draft based on the requirements.
Important: Our AI does not submit the application for you. You receive a draft to your email which you review and adjust. Then you submit the application yourself via minabidrag.se or directly to the authority.
