Who we are
Bidragskollen Sverige AB is a Swedish limited company registered in Ronneby, Blekinge. We work with external business funding: we map out which support exists, assess which options are relevant for an individual company, and help all the way through to a finished application.
We are a small team with a clear division of work. Ernst Holgersson is responsible for clients and business, meaning client meetings, applications and company preparation. Adrian Persson is responsible for product and technology, meaning the platform, the AI features and technical partnerships.

The idea came out of a conversation after a pitch. A representative from 3H Konsulting pointed at a concrete problem: the money is there, but companies do not find it, and those who do find the applications too cumbersome to bother with.
We built a first version, tested it against real cases, and have developed the service through live client work ever since. Every completed application improves both the database and the way we work.
Our mission
There is a great deal of capital available to Swedish companies, from the EU, the state, the regions, the municipalities and the foundations. The problem is not the supply but the overview. The information sits scattered across hundreds of bodies with different terms, different application windows and different language.
We want a small company to be able to see its options in minutes rather than weeks. An information problem should not be allowed to become a funding problem.
How we work
We combine three things that are not enough on their own: a curated database of funding opportunities, AI that makes a fast and relevant first selection, and human review where the terms call for judgement.
The client chooses the level. Some do everything themselves in the platform, others want advisory, and some hand the whole process over to us.
Partnerships
We work together with 3H Konsulting, who contribute experience from business development and advisory work with smaller companies.
