Does the AI submit my application for me?

No, the AI does NOT submit the application for you. It creates a draft that is sent to your email. You review the draft, make any adjustments, and then submit the application yourself via minabidrag.se or directly to the relevant authority.

What does it cost?

It's free to explore grants and use our search function. For business customers: a 500 kr start-up fee (launch price until 15 June 2026, normally 1,000 kr) plus a success fee from 8 per cent and down on the approved amount — the larger the grant, the lower the percentage. Consultants have monthly subscriptions from 699 kr/month. See /priser for the full price list.

What happens if I don't get the grant?

You only pay the start-up fee (500 kr right now under the launch price). No success fee is charged if you're rejected — you risk at most the start-up fee.

What do the coloured dots next to the grants mean?

🟢 Verified — the AI has official requirements and form questions from the grant provider. 🟡 Partly verified — some details are AI-interpreted, review the draft carefully. 🟠 Limited data — the AI is guessing from a general description, double-check on the grant provider's own page before submitting. We expand the knowledge base continuously.

Can I edit the draft before submitting?

Yes. You get the draft both as a PDF (to read) and Word (.docx — freely editable). You can also go to "My applications" on the dashboard and ask the AI to rewrite sections that don't fit.

How do I update my account details?

Accepted Answer

Log in and go to "My profile" via the avatar menu. There you can edit your name, phone, organisation details (for consultants), profile picture, notification settings and change your password. Everything is saved directly to your account.

How do you handle my personal data (GDPR)?

Accepted Answer

All data is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties. Under "My profile" you can at any time download all your data as JSON or delete your account. On deletion, personal data is anonymised, but invoices are kept for 7 years under the Swedish Accounting Act. You can also opt out of marketing emails under Notifications.

The email with the draft didn't arrive — what do I do?

First check your spam folder — our emails come from noreply@avhuf.com. If you can't find it there: go to "My applications", open your draft and download the PDF/Word directly from there. Also let us know at support and we'll follow up.

Question 12

I forgot my password — how do I get a new one?

Accepted Answer

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and we'll send a reset link to your email. The link is valid for 60 minutes. If you're already logged in, you can also change your password under "My profile → Security".

Which grants are available in Blekinge?

Accepted Answer

In Blekinge there are grants from, among others, Region Blekinge, Tillväxtverket, SydostLeader, Jordbruksverket, VINNOVA and several EU programmes. The grants cover everything from hiring and investment to digitalisation, the environment and innovation. South-eastern Sweden has received over 50 million kronor in grant funding.

How long does it take to get a grant?

Processing time varies depending on the type of grant. Some grants such as the Växa support apply directly via the employer's tax return. Others can take 1–6 months to process. Our AI helps you prepare a complete application that reduces the risk of delays.

Do I have to repay the grant?

Accepted Answer

In most cases you don't need to repay grants — that's what sets them apart from loans. However, there may be conditions, for example that the investment must remain in place for a certain period. Each grant has its own conditions, which we clearly show on the detail page.

Can I apply for several grants at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can often combine several grants. For example, you can apply for Växa support for hiring and at the same time apply for a consultant cheque for digitalisation. However, there is a cap on total state aid (the de minimis rule: max EUR 300,000, about 3.3 million kronor, per company over a rolling 3-year period under EU Regulation 2023/2831).
