About the grant
The EIC Transition project focuses on results generated by EIC Pathfinder, FET (Future and Emerging Technologies) or European Research Council (ERC) Proof of Concept projects, to mature technologies and build a business plan for specific applications. Grants of up to 2.5 million euros are available to validate and demonstrate technology in an application-relevant environment and develop market readiness. There are no predefined thematic priorities and applications can be submitted in all science, technology or application areas. The next application deadline is 17 September 2025. Project start for awarded grants is expected to take place April-May 2025.
