- Alla aktörer som kan bidra till utlysningens mål kan söka, till exempel företag, offentlig sektor, universitet och högskolor samt institut
- Motfinansiering från näringslivet krävs i alla projekt
- Projektstart tidigast 28 april 2026 och projektslut senast 15 augusti 2030
- Ansökningar tas emot kontinuerligt men summeras upp vid olika tidpunkter för bedömning
