About the grant
The call supports research projects with 3-10 partners, where at least 50% come from industry and at least one research performer with a PhD is included. The project may include development of processes, technology, services, product design, concepts or packaging solutions for value creation from raw materials and side streams, as well as analyses of cultural and socio-economic factors affecting acceptance and demand. Principal applicant can be a company, university, college or research institute. Project duration is 36 months and the grant can be up to 8 million SEK from Formas. Business partners must contribute at least 30% co-financing for their own costs. Applications are open until 28 April 2026 at 14:00.
