About the grant
Idea competition 2026 is a competition seeking innovative ideas from people in Jönköping County, whether they have just started thinking about their solution or have already tested first steps. No need to have started a company or have a finished business plan. The competition welcomes ideas in all areas, with special focus on AI and data-driven solutions, energy and smart resource use, and health and wellbeing with a tech focus. The competition runs from 15 May to 31 August 2026, and the winner is announced in October 2026. The prize is 25,000 SEK from the Growth Foundation to further develop the idea plus individual coaching from Science Park.

- No requirement to have started a company
- No requirement for a finished business plan
