- Riktar sig till små och medelstora företag som bidrar till ett hållbart energisystem
- Företaget ska ha kunskap och viss erfarenhet av den valda marknaden eller segmentet
- Företaget ska ha kommit förbi fasen marknadsintroduktion
- Målet ska vara att stänga en affär inom programmet, eller komma nära att göra det
