- Sökande är lärosäte inom KK-stiftelsens målgrupp
- Minst två av varandra oberoende näringslivsaktörer ska medfinansiera projektet
- Näringslivets sammanlagda medfinansiering ska minst motsvara det belopp som söks från KK-stiftelsen
- Projekttid 1 till 4 år
