About the grant
The Research Council of Lithuania (RCL) has allocated funds for organisations collaborating in international R&D projects. The project must be international with at least two Eureka countries, have a civil focus, be innovative with technological risk, and have a project duration of max 36 months. The lead must be a Lithuanian university or research institute, and at least one Lithuanian SME must participate. The international partner must be a company from another Eureka country. Funding is provided up to 300,000 euros per Lithuanian participant with varying percentages depending on organisation type and R&D activity. The project should start at TRL 5 and reach TRL 7-9 by the end of the project. Applications are made via the Eureka Smart Simple system and nationally to RCL. Evaluation is conducted both internationally and nationally with specific criteria for impact, excellence, implementation and overall assessment.
