About the grant
The SKAPA Foundation awards the SKAPA Prize and the SKAPA Prize for Young Innovators in memory of Alfred Nobel. The prizes stimulate inventors and innovators across the country. SKAPA Talent for young innovators is for innovators up to 30 years old and awards regional winners about SEK 10,000 as well as the opportunity to compete in the national final with about SEK 250,000 in prizes. The SKAPA Prize can be applied for by all innovators regardless of age, with regional winners receiving about SEK 10,000 and competing for about SEK 500,000 in the national final. The SKAPA Role Model award in memory of Leffe Smith is a national prize of SEK 100,000 awarded to behind-the-scenes individuals who have contributed decisively to commercial success but are not entrepreneurs.
