About the grant
Spectria Invest is an investment fund that invests in regional growth companies in Jönköping County. The fund offers capital, commitment and active ownership to support entrepreneurs and companies towards sustainable growth. Spectria makes minority investments between SEK 3 and 12 million in entrepreneur-driven companies with a verified business model, a clear sustainability focus, innovative products or services with great potential, and operations in industries with good growth potential. The fund also invests in incubator companies such as Energy Director AB. Spectria was founded in 2018 and is managed by Emtio Invest, Trinova Ventures and Science Park Jönköping County with a capital base of SEK 58 million. The form of investment is primarily new share issues but can also include purchases of existing shares or convertibles. The goal is to be an active minority owner contributing capital and business development.
