About the grant
The call aims to create processes, structures and functions to establish full-scale system demonstrators for climate-neutral cities. It is aimed at municipalities that have participated in the System Demonstrators Design phase with an approved final report and have signed the Climate Contract three times (2020, 2021 and 2022). The consortium must consist of at least four parties including a coordinating party with representation from industry, academia and civil society. The call finances planning for two system demonstrators with a maximum amount of SEK 1 million and a funding rate of up to 50% of the project's eligible costs. The goal is to contribute to the mission Climate-Neutral Cities 2030 and enable radical transition measures to create the new normal in important areas such as planning, transport, energy systems and lifestyle.
Requirements
- The municipality must have participated in System Demonstrators Design Phase with an approved final report.
- The municipality must have signed the Climate Contract three times (2020, 2021 and 2022).
- The consortium must consist of at least four parties including the coordinating party.
- The consortium shall have representation from industry, academia and civil society.
