About the grant
Special investment support is a regional investment support for companies in Blekinge's sparsely populated and rural areas. The support is aimed at companies that want to invest in buildings, facilities, machinery or inventory. The support level depends on where in the county the investment takes place: 50% in sparsely populated areas, 35% in rural areas in Ronneby, Karlshamn and Olofström, and 25% in rural areas in Karlskrona and Sölvesborg. Differs from Regional investment support which is aimed at certain specific municipalities.
Requirements
- The company operates in Blekinge County (sparsely populated or rural area)
- Maximum 249 employees and turnover max 50 million Euro
- Investment in buildings, facilities, machinery or inventory
- Applications must be made BEFORE the investment begins
- Sustainable employment must be created or preserved
- Almi sustainability dialogue required at first payment
- Profit-oriented business
