About the grant
The Electricity Market Group (EMG) under the Nordic Council of Ministers invites tenders on energy poverty in the Nordic countries. The main goals are to concretise definitions of energy poverty, quantify energy poverty according to these definitions in the Nordics, and discuss lessons learned, best practices and tools to reduce energy poverty. The project shall address medium and long term with focus on identifying and targeting support to particularly vulnerable groups, as unspecific support measures are costly for public budgets. The procurement is funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers and administered by Nordic Energy Research in cooperation with EMG.
Requirements
- Applications must be submitted by 21 April 2023 at 13:00 CET.
- The project shall address medium and long term and identify particularly vulnerable groups.
