About the grant
Top support for professional short and documentary film aims to enable more film productions and increase competence in the county as well as showcase Gävleborg and the county's filmmakers in major screening windows. Applicants must be professional filmmakers aged 18 or older. Maximum amount is 50,000 SEK and support can be applied for four times per year. Assessment criteria include post-production or filming in Gävleborg, festival potential, connection to Gävleborg, and that at least one creative key person is resident in Gävleborg. Applicants must be able to participate in meetings and maintain contact with Kultur Gävleborg during production.
