About the grant
Uminova Innovation's Startup programme is held twice a year and concludes with a pitch competition where three finalists compete for a total of 50,000 SEK in grants from Nordea. The grants support entrepreneurs with early business ideas and are awarded as 35,000 SEK to the winner, 10,000 SEK to second place and 5,000 SEK to third place. The jury consists of representatives from Nordea, Partnerinvest, OmegaPoint and Volvo Cab Competence. In addition to the grants, Nordea runs an initiative for startup companies with advice via its Startup & Growth unit.
