About the grant
The project Future Competence in Blekinge, starting 1 March 2019 and ending 28 February 2021, is funded by the European Social Fund and aims to support and develop small and medium-sized enterprises' ability and processes to become more effective in their skills supply. Through coaching and competence-enhancing measures, the project helps companies attract, develop and retain staff, focusing on skills transfer, talent attraction, recruitment and employer branding. The project also works with broadened recruitment for the industry, including attracting more women, young people and people with foreign backgrounds.
