About the grant
The state grant aims to introduce, maintain or increase daily allowance for those participating in daily activities according to LSS (rehabilitation allowance). The funds are intended for rehabilitation allowance and shall be paid via daily allowance based on participation in daily activities according to LSS. The grant can be requisitioned by all municipalities and paid out during 2026 with the possibility to use the funds until 31 December 2026. Requisition is made via the National Board of Health and Welfare's e-service after an authorised representative has applied to become an agent. The distribution list is based on the number of participants in daily activities according to LSS in the municipality. The grant may only be used for persons covered by LSS and shall be paid out after participation. The rehabilitation allowance is tax-free according to the Swedish Tax Agency.

- The grant may only be used for persons participating in daily activities according to LSS.
- The funds shall be used during 2026 and can be used until 31 December 2026.
