About the grant
New start jobs mean that the Public Employment Service pays part of the wage cost when you hire a person who has difficulty entering the labour market. The support can correspond to up to double the employer's social security contributions and applies for up to 2 years.
Requirements
- The employee must have been unemployed or newly arrived
- The company must be registered with the Swedish Tax Agency
- Collective agreement-compliant salary or equivalent
- Application via the Public Employment Service
