Ongoing. From the reporting period January 2026, you apply for reimbursement of employer contributions.
About the grant
Growth support means that as an employer you pay a reduced employer contribution of 10.21% instead of the normal ~31% when you hire your first or second employee. The support applies for 24 months per employee and can provide savings of approximately SEK 7,500–10,000 per month per employee. Since 2025, the support also covers the second employee.
Requirements
- The company has had a maximum of 1 employee since 1 January 2024
- The employment must be at least 3 months
- At least 20 hours per week
- Salary max 35,000 SEK/month
- Applies to sole proprietorships, trading partnerships and limited companies
