About the grant
The goal is to create an accelerator programme for educational technology (EdTech) to help European startups and small and medium-sized enterprises transform their ideas into fully developed and tested applications and solutions for the education sector. The aim is to support at least 20 European EdTech startups and SMEs through funding, incubation and short pilot projects in real educational environments. The purpose is to develop and test innovative, pedagogically grounded digital solutions (e.g. AI and XR) that follow European values such as ethics, inclusion and data protection. The initiative will strengthen Europe's EdTech ecosystem, promote commercialisation of solutions and create growth, innovation and better learning in the education sector.
