About the grant
Individual IT support offers one hour of personal guidance where the participant can ask questions to feel confident in using their mobile phone, tablet or computer. The guidance can be about getting to know the device's functions, getting started with e-services or tips on internet security. Before the first session, a phone check-in is done to tailor the support to the participant's needs. The course suits both beginners and those with some experience who want to update themselves on digital developments. The course leader Emilia Millner is trained in communication and IT support. The participant brings their own device and receives a written summary after the session. The course is held in Malmö and costs SEK 225.
