Requirements
- Universities and colleges apply as the main applicant, in collaboration with other higher education institutions, research institutes, companies and public actors
- The centre must be based on collaboration between academia, industry and the public sector
- The centre must have a clear research focus based on a needs analysis
- The centre must be co-financed by higher education institutions, industry and the public sector
- The application concerns an initial five-year phase, project start no earlier than 1 January 2027
