About the grant
Business development checks for competence initiatives give companies the opportunity to invest in staff skills development. The grant covers half the cost of external training or consultancy that strengthens the company's human capital.

- Small and medium-sized enterprises
- The training must be relevant to the business
- External trainer/consultant required
- 50% own financing
