About the grant
Sörmland Authors' Day 2026 is a showcase day for professional authors and organisers of literary events, e.g. public libraries. Eight authors with connections to Sörmland are selected to present their programmes, which can be author talks or other activities related to authorship. Each author gets 15 minutes of stage time and a book table for sales. The event is held in Strängnäs on 23 April 2026. Participating authors are remunerated SEK 4,500 on invoice. Application closed 1 March 2026.

- Authors who have not participated before are prioritised
- Presence between 13:00-16:00 during the event
